All services performed will follow BATFE and PA. State Law requirements.
The customer understands the customer is wholly responsible for all use, misuse, care, safety and accepts all responsibility for any direct or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of firearm(s) and/or ammunition or for any injury that may occur. The customer understands they are fully responsible for any damages or claims caused by the firearm(s) and/or ammunition. The customer hereby releases Swamp Pike Firearms from any loss, liability or claim caused by or in connection with firearm(s) and/or ammunition. The customer also understands that there are no other warranties, expressed or implied. KEEP ALL FIREARMS and AMMUNITION OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
